  1. This is sort of how I do it as well. Get the boys to thin it out have a rider up the road, leadout into 2k 11%, attack in the saddle, drop them nose breath, group two sydrome

  2. I don't get what's scary about this? Jonas had no serious competitors left so there's very little basis to say anything about his performance unless you know his power output numbers

  3. It is difficult to assess how intimidating Jonas’s performance is when the competition is so weak. No Remco, no Seixas, no Del Toro, and no Pogi – it is a relatively weak Paris–Nice field, and therefore Jonas’s victory does not say very much about where he stands compared with the best riders in the world.

  4. Going for the Giro this year, thats why he is performing better this time of the year than he used to. But he sure looks strong. Can't see any real problems for him taking rosa in Italy. Afraid it will cost him in the Tour though.

  5. 1:15 – watching pros do 36kmh up a 7% gradient is just mind blowing to me as a commuter and slow group ride cyclist 🥵🤯😳 Brother I am doing that on the flat on my best day hahahaha
