Looking at getting an Endurace CF SLX 7 Di2 as a second bike and first proper road bike but not sure what size to get. Im 77cm/175cm and per the Canyon should be selecting a XS but seem to be borderline S.
For the past year I’ve been riding the 2025 Diverge E5 size 56cm and just checked their sizing and Specialized recommends a 54cm. I didnt think to check size when buying my Diverge in store and the associate recommended a size 56. I’ve got no big complaints about the fit of my Diverge aside from some forearm pain and IT band pain that has persisted following 2 bike fitting sessions.
I appreciate any help!

With your inseam i would and a bought an XS, because i have around the same size except the height (i’m smaller).
