First ride today after the conversion. Basically opened the State Bicycle Company catalog and threw it at my custom steel cross bike. Drivetrain, apart from the crank, brakes and fork. Also grabbed a Salsa Woodchipper Carbon 2.0 handlebar. As expected, clearance on the rear wheel is limited, but I should have room for something in the 40-42c range. These are Panaracer Gravelking SKs sized 700x38c. Might end up trying a mullet since the fork has clearance for 50c.
