One of my coworkers asked me the other day if I liked to fix up bikes… So of course I said yes. He said a friend built this bike up for his wife, but she never liked it, and it had just been sitting in the garage. Tires are too skinny… She didn't like the fit… Etc. So, I didn't know what to expect. He brought it to me today, and it appears to be a 1973-ish World Voyager. It's dirty, tires are flat, but no rust anywhere. His wife is about 5'3" or so, and I think that the frame was really too big for her. The bars will definitely need to change also. I'm going to have fun working on this one.
