I have just received my Canon Grail today. When putting it together I foolishly slipped and ended up tightening the fork/headset screw too tight, causing it to strip. (Idiot move I know). As a result I’m now unable to undo/tighten the screw itself meaning my handlebars are not aligned with the fork/wheel.
I’ve attached some pictures. Would appreciate any advice on how I can fix this to get the screws out.
I have tried with a rubber band and no luck…
Will a LBS sort me out if no home remedy fix ?

P.s those screws strip very easily don’t they…

Sometimes you can lightly hammer in a torx bit that will bite into the corners a bit. 1.5nm would feel like nothing. Be super careful if you don’t have a torque wrench when you put it back.
