  1. Have you ever considered delivering food in China? Here, we pay based on the delivery distance, not the pickup distance. It's £0.18 per mile. And there are many fenced-off communities and residential areas that you can't enter, so you have to climb over walls and roofs to get in and deliver.

  2. Uber shoudl make it a feature where, you the delivery driver has the option to "aggregate orders." So if you picking up both orders at the same time will result in one of them being delivered faster, then you can opt-in for that. They can display the appropriate msging to users to explain it. Then from their side they have your current route, so can can just compare that against other order snd the availability/or even speed of the other drivers to get to the order, even if they are available.

this might cause some drivers during the chill times being able to get less orders (edge case, impact should be small). But it would increase customer/driver experiences with more efficiency of the whole system.

  3. There is nothing quite like a Maccy D's breakfast at 5am, and I am always grateful to the riders who get up to deliver them. Thank you! Also, I miss living in this part of London 🙂

  4. I know this is a five month old, this gave me a laugh, but I used to do ubereats and one early Sunday morning that morning I was doing orders from two McDonalds all mornings, I was driving a sub compact car, so little orders worked for me.
Im retired but a small electric bike might work for me.
