always wanted to get into BMX when I was younger, I had an old Sims BMX that was heavy as all hell and I never really pushed myself to learn stuff, fast forward 10 years I’m 24 now and wanting to explore a new hobby to keep me active for the summer, I’m a photographer and mainly shoot concerts and portraiture, but I started shooting skateboarding last summer and have migrated into the community, I can’t skateboard at all (use to downhill longboard a lot) but I’m very comfortable on a bike. So figured I’d give BMX ago before my chronic pains gets any worse, we just got another snowfall, so I’m on a bit of a break till that all clears next week, but I wanted to take the last day of dry ground to try and learn to Bunnyhop, I finally have gotten the motion down. Now I just need to work on leaning and pulling back more, and pulling my legs up as I’m a bit stiff and also worried about my feet slipping, but I’m glad I was able to get a few down, if anyone has any tips or tricks on proper technique that would be greatly appreciated!
