Hi, Im planning to buy my first triathlon bike, the Canyon Speedmax CF 7. However, I’m between two sizes (M and L). My height is 186 cm and my inseam is 89.5 cm. My arm span is 190 cm. Which size bike would be better for me?

Get the medium. It’s easier to get a smaller framed bike to fit you than a too large framed bike.
