Best bet is to replace the brake with one you can get pads for. Those calipers don’t hold up well anyway

AliExpress and Amazon are full of good quality replacement pads and entire cable actuated hydraulic brakes which work very well. When it comes to safety being able to stop in an emergency is highly underrated.
