Not the average bike you'd see here but I only ride across town about 6km to and from work and I don't really need to carry anything either so this is my ideal solution to get from home to work dry and happy
I feel seen. I commute on a Domane+ myself. I got the ortelieb thru-axel skewer that provides mounting points for panniers as well.
I love to go fast, and to get what feels like an honest workout during my commutes. Having the optional pedal assist also means I do it no matter how tired/fatigued fatherhood has made me.

I used to commute 14miles each way, and I loved riding in on my supersix vs my steel mtb conversion. I would stash a bag of clothes, so I could ride In unencumbered and it was great
