I would not use one that has been broken off because it’s been also bent, so even if you were able to put it together and mount it somehow back, the shifting will be terrible.
Get another one, could be used, but not mangled.

Looks like you have a pretty old bike. Like the rest of us, old bikes have parts that wear out. Buy a new one.

Buy a new derailleur, install, and use this time to check and do maintenance on other parts of the bike before you hurt yourself
