There a gap between my fork and frame and there’s play in the fork. I also noticed chips in the paint… which isn’t a huge deal… but for almost spending 6K on the bike, I’m not thrilled about. How is canyon with taking care of these types of issues? I plan on calling first thing Monday morning… but is their customer service good at making these things “right”? Thanks in

advance!

I have the same gap between the fork and headtube on my grail but not as much under the spacer. I had a little bit of rocky start with canyon after my outlet purchase and lack of assembly paste in the box but they took care of it. They immideately reimbursed me for the assmebly paste and after couple of mails they also reimbursed for the outlet/new price difference. I think they have a pretty good customer support.

By the wat you can loosen the bolts on heatset and especially on the spacer where 1,5nm wrotten and push a little from top. This may close the gap between the spacers and headtube. But becareful with the small bolt on the spacer. Its so fragile. I already rounded it.
