Installed new CaneCreek 40 upper and lower – all seems correct, but if I tighten it down I can't steer, like the fork hits the frame. Not sure if I need a crown race? Or is this fork integrated? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Your crown is raceless and is in need of a crown race
Looks like it needs a crown race. Did your headset come with one? It should be a ring that fits around the base of the steerer tube with an angled face that interfaces with the lower headset bearing.
