Just a little brag on reddit as I don't have anyone around who would appreciate this. I always wanted to build a bike from parts – and I did! To be honest I'm quite happy with the result. It's about 6.6kg, and I will probably shave another 200g off with some small changes. At the same time fully functional, no cut corners, perfectly safe for daily use. And looks brand new too.
