    Looks like you have removed the self-extractor collar.

    Screw the bolt & collar back in then use an 8mm Allen/hex to remove the crank. You can expect it to be VERY tight. I use a length of scaffolding on the wrench to get extra leverage.

    Refit with a torque wrench.

    Edited to avoid looking even more stupid than I am…
