Strange clicking in 10th gear, M5100 groupset

Sound did not change with indexing, shifting is great throughout all gears, derailleur hanger is corrected and it has a fresh cable and housing. The clicking seems to come from one specific point in rotation but I have not been able to pin it down. and this is the only cog that clicks (2nd to smallest). If this is part of the 1×11 janky experience I'll accept it, but I want to ensure no genuine mechanical issues.
