Hi whichbike squad! I'm looking to buy a bike for both commuting and longer 25-20 mile rides around the bay area (aka lots of hills). I'm meeting the seller of this bike later today, it's the right size I know, and the person selling it raced on it for 2 years but says they recently had a $350 service done at the trek store here. I will also need to carry it up one flight of stairs to store it in my apartment and am mindful that this is aluminum, not carbon.
Looking for input on whether this is a worthwhile purchase for my needs and for the quality of the bike. Thanks in advance!
