Latvia is famously flat we even call it FLATVIA — but in the small city of Sigulda, located 50km away from the capital RIGA, there’s one paved road that cyclists here actually call a climb. Today I’m riding it for the first time this season to see if my winter legs can handle Latvia’s version of Everest.
