Back up at Burlish Bike Park for a proper muddy one. Conditions weren’t great at all. Everything was slick, corners were blown out, and the mud was thick — but that’s kind of what makes days like this worth riding anyway.

No plan, no filming agenda, just riding what was there and seeing how far it could be pushed without things going sideways seems as I haven’t had the bike for very long. Burlish is a pretty laid back little bike park, raw trails, and in the wet it definitely makes for some sketchy moments.

Bike setup

Riding the Trek Slash Plus 9.7 e-MTB
– Gusset handlebars (One of a few Current upgrades)
– Filmed on DJI Osmo Action

The Slash Plus feels right at home in these conditions — loads of grip when it counts and enough weight to stay planted when things get rough.
