FX Sport LS 6 Seat Post compatible with 7×9 carbon rails

I purchased a Ryet 3D printed saddle with 7×9 carbon rails. The stock Trek saddle utilizes 7×7 metal rails. Here is my question; Will the stock 2 bolt seat post support the larger carbon rails on the 3D Ryet saddle? I understand the torque is only 5 Nm for the carbon saddle
