A Boxing Day ride 2020 in the Troodos Mountains roughly 5,800ft where the oxygen is around 76% of what you would get at sea level. Total decent just under 3000ft with a splitting hangover from Christmas Day celebrations on a bike with broken suspension and a frame that was about 3 inches too big, not a good idea.
