I'm looking to grab a road bike at some point and the canyon outlet/sales always catch my eye. I'd be using the bike primarily for road biking on roads/paved bike paths and racing some Olympic (40km) and half ironmans (90km), and not looking to put anything bigger than a 32mm tire on it.
I have a xl argon18 Dark matter (gravel bike) with a stack of 645 and reach of 408.
Based on this, the best similar fit (with a slightly more racy fit) would be the XL endurace BUT I like the ultimate and aeroad better from a race perspective and looks perspective (I just really hate the look of XXL bikes).
I'm flexible and fit so I'm wondering how much my stack can drop before I'll really feel it. The reach on the ultimate and aeroad both seem quite a bit longer than I'm used to.
so I'm asking for personal experience from dropping your stack height by roughly 30mm or more and with a slightly longer reach.
What's the consensus? Would it be dumb to try?

It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)
