I shall be there on Sunday doing the long route, I was 330lbs and very unfit last year, I’m now 110lbs down, been in the gym 3 times a week and on the indoor trainer most days through the winter. I’m very much looking forward to the event, if not a little nervous 😂 thanks for the video
