Recently my back fender is preventing my seat post from dropping, and the whole fold is affected. Is this thing in the right place being in front of this little tube? I also hear a bit of a “vroom vroom” noise when I cycle so I am wondering if it is rubbing against the tire when I cycle (can’t see myself cycle so cannot confirm). anyone have similar experience?
