Currently i'm on a trip from Germany to Vigo, Spain. I loved to cycle along the Eurovelo routes and now I enjoy rain at the mediterrane sea. For my next steps i have to cross Spain somehow. Is there anybody out there (🎶) who has done something similar and can help me with planning?
My plan is to go cross the pyrenees near Perpignan and Figueres. Then along the coast and following the Ebro to Zaragoza and Logroño. There i will meet the Eurovelo 3 and follow it to the atlantic coast. Is this even a good Idea? What do you guys think? Thanks for Sharing your experience!!

Plenty of support along EV3 west of Logroño. It can be very hilly from Logroño to Burgos and the Camino has rough sections. I rode it in October 2025. Use the Camino Portuguese routes to reach Vigo. I’ve walked that section but those paths are terrible for bikes. You’ll need to find paralleling roads.

Can’t say anything about the route to zaragosa but if you’re willing to go a little further south this was the best thing I’ve ridden in Europe, maybe even worldwide:
