Can’t really tell from that angle but something’s definitely up with the cable. The fact that you can see exposed cable outside of the cable housing seems like maybe you don’t have the housing seated right or the cable clamped into the derailleur correctly?
Can’t really tell though since we can’t see the derailleur much
need more pictures of the cables. it looks like you mounted it wrong.
