I am having an issue trying to put my bike on a wahoo kickr core.
When I tighten the through axle, the cassette becomes stiff. It seems like the collar that goes between the bike and the cassette is binding the cassette to the collar.
Where do I look? It is a 12 speed Di2 Reacto 6000, the cassette on the kickr core is also a 12 speed, tightened properly, without the cassette spacer at the back.
