Сам езжу на похожей втулке в моей езде хватает но вот кассета на шлицы иногда так заходит что час ее достать не получается а так хорошая на пром подшипниках как именно на этой не знаю
I wouldn't put any grease in them, just oil, otherwise the pawls would probably stop working. Also, the ball bearings only move when the freewheel is in the freewheel position, not when you pedal. I've had to disassemble and clean the freewheels because of clogged pawls. Now I just rinse them from the back (lifting off the seal) with good oil instead of taking them apart. Then they work like new.
