I got my first fixie, a Specialized S-Works Langster, I'm super excited 🙂
It does not seem to accept a brake, but I wonder if the fork is pre-drilled, there seems to be a "hole" at the rear.
Does anyone know, or have installed a front brake on this bike before?

I think you’d have to change the front fork, drilling a hole in a carbon fork is a suicide attempt
