Canyon bearing replacement – too noisy?

Replaced headset bearing on my Canyon Grail CF SL 7 axs (2024) yesterday

I find that it makes more noise when turning the fork than I expected, lots more than the cranks new bearings. Is it normal?

I compared it to my roadbike which also has some noise when I turn the fork, but it doesn't have brand new bearings
