I am based in the UK and I have a Cipollini 2021 Bond 2 carbon frame which uses a proprietary seat clamp which fits inside the frame. My clamp is now broken which means I need a replacement to be able to use my bike. I'm struggling to source one as the bike is a few years old. Does anyone have any idea where I could possibly source one from? I have contacted Cipollini direct but they don't sell parts. I have tried Chicken bikes who are a uk distributor but they can't source one. I have scoured eBay with no luck and I have tried 2 local bike shops but they can't help. I'm running out of options and it would be a shame to scrap the bike because of a broken clamp. The picture is the schematic Cipollini sent to me.

Which part is broken, exactly? If it’s just one of the wedge pieces, that might be pretty easy for someone with some fabrication skills. The middle pieces look a bit more difficult, but still potentially within the realm of cost-feasibility.
Also, when Cipollini said they don’t sell parts, you verified that that includes selling to dealers? Because not selling direct to consumer is one thing, but if I have a part number and go to an official brand dealer, and that dealer can’t order that part for me, I’d personally never touch that brand again.
