These Shimano XT 8220’s replaced my old G2 Ultimates which were terrible. Think my pair were duds as they were giving me constant unfixable issues.
The difference is night and day. I almost forgot what brakes *should* feel like. Finally excited to ride again!

That does not surprise me at all. Although I like the modulation on G2, I’m going all XT on the next build. GX and G2 has given me more problems than pleasure and I don’t want to spend that much time and money fixing my bike when it’s supposed to be brand new parts.
