I just got new riverside 500 and the shifter cable is rubbing against the bike frame near the bottom bracket. Also because of that I can't install kickstand properly. It seems like the cable is in the wrong slot of that plastic blue thing

Move it to the one closer to the chain ring. You’re in the slot for a FD.
Yep, it’s on the wrong slot on the plastic blue thing. Whoever built it should fix that.
The slot you’re using is for the front derailleur …it’s longer to guide the cable upwards…and certainly you should use a short ( usually M4 )screw to fix it on the frame…
