See if your brake pads are dry from age along with your tires. Use a proper lube for your chain. Then start riding and only upgrade what bothers you or will give you pleasure, like the grips, saddle or better pedals with metal pins. Consider getting front and rear lights so you’re seen by cars and get a helmet.
