New frame, which year?

As of today, I am the very happy new owner of an almost mint condition WTP Doomsayer frame in 20,75”😎

There’s plenty of small chips in the paint and a couple rust spiders, but from what I could see, everything is still perfectly straight, no dents.

Can anyone tell me from which year this is?

I live in the Netherlands and I’m also looking for (preferably) second hand markets or EU mailorder sites to find parts for this build.

I intend to make this an all EU brands bike, so I’m curious if there’s any websites I may have overlooked..?

I don’t have FB, but maybe there’s other forums or hubs for second hand parts and/or swapdeals?
