Thoughts? Tips?

so I am getting back into fixies and I need guidance since I didn’t when I first started, my first one was a 58cm Skinny Benny off craigslist, way to big for me but I learned to skid on it and grew love for the game. then I entered adulthood and never made time for it. now I am making time for it again but I seek that guidance. initially I was looking into a used State bike but a bike shop tech advised that the State bike was an ok / good bike, he mentioned the parts used were on the cheaper side. he found a 51cm Bianchi Pista on marketplace and recommended me that instead. gave me a broad lesson on the parts and what they meant and how they were quality now what are your guys thoughts and tips? will the bike be a good fit in size? i know every frame is different and every body is different but from experience? I’m 5’7
