I can't seem to get the right mix for the lowest gear (still learning how to tune) I tried adjusting everything but it still doesn't work even YouTube didn't help. XD
I'm on a Shimano Cues U6000 10s, Cassette ratio is 11-50 with a 40T chainring and 116 link shimano hg54 chain.

Try and loosen the upper limit screw a bit if you haven’t already tighten the cable a bit
Wait, is that a Hyperglide cassette? If so, they’re not compatible.
unscrew your L-limit screw on the deraileur by half or quarter turn
You’re mixing incompatible parts. Generally, Linkglide/Cues parts aren’t compatible with Hyperglide parts.
