This is one of those things that seems cool, but also impractical because if i were in a position where i could be justified in pulling it out, i would probably be justified in just pulling my pistol instead.
Im also a very large guy though, so ymmv. I always figured if something was more than i could deal with empty handed, it was probably extreme enough that it wasn’t worth screwing around with a utility belt full of defensive gadgets, but instead to go straight to either fleeing or drawing the final card.
