Clicking loud chain when correctly routed

but my chain is routed correctly! This sound is made in EVERY SINGLE GEAR. I have EDS TX and no matter how much I change the gear indexing or move the tension limit screws it still makes this sound! How to fix? (The sound is coming from around the rear cassette, the front is quiet)
