Where to find Mafia bikes peg wedge, and could it find my bike?

Hi, I want to add this peg wedge kit to my cannondale so I can get better at wheelies/combos. I need help finding the kit, because it's mostly out of stock, and the newer model doesnt fit my bike. And my question is if I could get this kit, would it fit my frame? Thank – you in advance
