Looks like it is from 2013, as that white patch on the seat tube is from that year. The Trek archive for the [2013 FX 7.3 WSD calls the bike red](https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/c/7-2-fx-wsd/p/15014/). Sometimes product photos and in person photos can be different. It will say on the top of the bike the model and I expect that the seller is copying information directly from the bike. There is a FX 7.6 WSD in eggplant but the parts are a lot different. Price seems reasonable.
