Got on a ride with my newly build Niagara ZR200 to Hamburg harbour yesterday. Got the bike for 25€ and wanted to do a budget build for around 200€ all in. Build it with a 1×11 Ltwoo T9/Shimano mix. All new Avid SD7 brake leavers and Alivio V brakes. Reused essentially only the frame, stem, seat(post) and headset. Shifts and rides beautifully. On the last pic you can also see my resto-modded Cannondale Caad3. This one is fast af🙏🏼 Could also do an extra post on that but maybe not xbiking enough 😀
