In regards to the cracked drop out it’s hard to tell how bad it is from these pictures so I’m gonna assume pretty bad.
Can you flex them with your hands at all?

A more in focus pic would help where the line is but it does look like a crack. It’s also a bonded lug frame and they are prone to separation with age.
Even if these are not cracks I would be looking very carefully at the joints.

If it’s a crack, then unfortunately you’ll need a new frame. Unless it is some ultra-rare collectible piece, it wouldn’t be worth fixing.
Since the photos aren’t zoomed in on the crack line, I can’t really tell whether it’s just the edge of the clear coat or an actual crack.
