Making the most out of UK winters

I decided I wanted to do a rain or shine overnight trip this winter to get used to dealing with crap weather when I don't have the choice.

Luckily it was dry most of the day but I did get to put my new knobbly 16" tyres to the test. Grip on the mid was great until the mid got deep enough to hit my pedals.

It was a 100km route and something like 50% was unpaved. I've never done wet gravel so it was an experience, really showed the limits but it could handle pretty much all the roads Strava routed me on. I just did se manual overrides that ended up way muddier and steeper haha
