I have a 2011-10 commencal supreme dh (v2 i think?) awhile ago i snapped a bolt that went through the rocker link bearing/axel. i was able to resolve that, but somewhere between then and now i lost the axels themselves..

i emailed commencal regarding this, asking if they had the axels available, or had any alternative ways of fixing/replacing said part.

i come here because their conclusion was it would be impossible to find a generic alternative, and to use one big bolt in place? i'm not sure if this would work/how to do it, but any advice/input would be appreciated. first two pictures are the link itself, the second one being where the axels are supposed to go, the fourth an example of one (smaller, for shock) 5 and 6 on the diagram.

So you basically need a bolt to replace axels #5 & #6? I would check out McMaster Carr. They’re a huge resource for every size nut and bolt you could think of. If they don’t have something that would work, I think it would be really difficult to fix.

  2. Find the Part, send me the drawing. I’ll make it on my lathe and you pay the shipping.
