An old pump mount for frame fit Silica Pumps back in the 70’s and early 80’s. You would mount it to the top tube, and many bikes had a small nub braised to the frame at the head tube. The pump with fit into the nub, and had a spring that you could compress the tail or head of the pump into that bracket.
