Do you get the DA groupset, seat, seatpost, handlebars, etc? Trek is still selling the [bare frame for 5.5k](https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/bikes/road-bikes/performance-road-bikes/madone/f/F213/madone-slr-gen-8-frameset/46775), claim that there is a sale blue frame for 3.5 but I can’t seem to find that price for any combination of color and size. Do you have the expertise to build up the frame or would you have a shop do it? Do you have parts to finish the bike or will you need to buy them?
