Hello,
I had a repair at Canyon headquarters where the brake lines were re-routed. After I got the bike back, I noticed the hole in the frame. Normally there is a cap on it, but they forgot to put it on. Canyon told me that I have to send the bike in again – the cables have to be removed and re-routed again. Is this really necessary or can I just put the cap on without putting the cables through it? Of course I want to avoid the cables making noise if they are not fixed in the frame.
