Seems like wrong chainline, your chain needs to be straight on center cogs on cassete

Switch to centre cogs on cassette. If the chain line looks straight, then it could be a tensioning issue (derailleur/chain length)
If the chain isn’t straight, then your chainring could be too far from the bottom bracket (incorrectly installed, bottom bracket wrong size, too many spacers etc)
