Restored this 1992 Peugeot P100S from the ground up. I wanted to keep it period-correct where possible while making it a reliable daily driver.
• Paint & Decals: Full respray in Ocean Blue (RAL). All original logos and decals were meticulously recreated and applied before the final clear coat for a factory-perfect finish.
• Wheelset: Hand-built by myself. NOS (New Old Stock) vintage Campagnolo hubs laced to Mavic rims with DT Swiss spokes.
• Brakes: Upgraded to modern Shimano 105 calipers for safety and stopping power.
• The Details: Rose seatpost, integrated lighting, custom chain hanger, fenders, and a classic bell.
To fit the modern components, I performed some very minor frame spacing adjustments. It was a delicate process to ensure perfect alignment without compromising the original 1992 steel geometry—just enough to bridge the gap between vintage charm and modern standards.
Really proud of how this "Neo-Retro" build turned out. What do you think?
